Has 2016 Stock Market Volatility Got You Looking for the Exits?
You’re not alone, as LNWM Client Advisor Bridget Burgess explains in this video we posted in February 2014. Back then, the stock market vibe was decidedly upbeat. Bridget’s point: Stock market cycles come and go, so keep your eyes on the prize: a long-term return that allows you to accomplish your goals. The best way to do get there is to: (1) invest in a way that meets your needs — in terms of risk and return and income; (2) avoid too much exposure to any one asset category; and (3) rebalance to your long-term target allocation at least annually. That’s still good advice in 2016.
