Headlines discussed at LNWM’s Monday morning briefing:

US GDP rose 2.1% in 4th quarter 2019 and 2.3% for the year, the smallest increase in three years.
For all of 2019, US household spending grew by 4%, the smallest annual increase since 2016.
The US declared the coronovirus a public health emergency, imposing travel bans and quarantines on those arriving from China.
Britain left the Eurozone on Jan. 31, after 47 years;  both sides must now develop and agree to new terms of trade.
The Federal Reserve kept its target interest rate steady; still buying $60 billion a month in T-bills to support overnight lending market.
