Ta-dah: Communication Skills were the most sought after, falling into the category “Less Common, More Desired.” Meanwhile, key abilities like Quantitative Skills, Entrepreneurship, Global Mindset and Motivation/Drive were considered “More Common, Less Desired” and not as highly valued.
