Lee-Norah Sanzo
Senior Director, Client Services
The first thing you realize about Lee-Norah is how much she loves her work. Eventually, you find out why. Every day, Lee-Norah gets to apply three things that are core to her being and which happen to make her a standout in the world of trusts: a love of history (including yours), ability to solve difficult puzzles (for you), and loads of empathy (for you and yours).
A trust often starts with a wish, Lee-Norah says. The wish is often something like this: “I wish to preserve my assets and do something meaningful with them.” It’s a journey of self-discovery and fulfilment, she says, to turn that wish into a plan that can be carried out by a trust over time. And that is what Lee-Norah helps you do, along the way gaining a sense of what motivates you and what matters. She calls the journey “bringing a trust to life,” something she has been doing for more than 25 years. One could call her a trust whisperer.
It is especially great to be working on trusts at LNWM, Lee-Norah says. “The level of service and dedication to clients and their families is high and it is enduring. We are here for clients from day one and over many generations.”
