Senior Business Development Manager & Employee Owner
As senior business development manager, Ria supports the firm’s efforts in relationship development and work to streamline processes and identify strategic business opportunities. She also advises on the firm’s marketing and outreach efforts. Overall, her focus is on creating long term value for the firm and, most importantly, the clients we serve.
Prior to LNW, Ria was a development fellow at Net Impact, where she supported corporate funding partners and donor relations, and conservation and research coordinator at the Santa Barbara Zoo, where she developed and coordinated external partnership programs to protect, research and preserve local endangered species.
