Suzanne Zahniser
Of Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary
Suzanne is the assistant corporate secretary for Laird Norton Wealth Management and also works with our in-house general counsel and outside lawyers to meet the company’s legal needs in a variety of areas. Before joining LNWM, Suzanne was an associate and then partner at Bogle & Gates in Seattle, where she worked for 17 years. She was also an attorney for the Employee Benefits Institute of America, a legal publishing and training firm in Edmonds, WA.
Outside of work, Suzanne is a performing amateur pianist, a passionate gardener, and world traveler. Over the years, she has been actively involved with many Seattle-area nonprofits, including as Chair of the advisory boards at KCTS and KUOW and board member of the Mercer Island Center for the Arts.
