
Watch Joe Answer Our Tough Questions About Aging
What does it mean to live well? This is a tough question, because everyone has their own idea of what living well means. I know I certainly do (and it involves dancing in Oaxaca to celebrate el Día de los Muertos, but that’s for another ReGenU)! And when you factor in aging, this question gets even harder to answer. Still, it’s very important that we ask ourselves how we can live well for the second part of our lives. We are living nearly 40 years longer than previous generations, so why not make those years good ones? To help us find out how, we asked MIT’s AgeLab founder and director Dr. Joseph F. Coughlin (Joe) to answer this tough question at our 2011 Thought Forum.
